Car Club Members Discounts

| We're hoping to establish a discount scheme for members of the car club. The idea would be to get our members all the discounts that you can get from other motoring clubs, but without you having to pay for those discounts. In essence, the membership of the Car Club would remain free of charge, but you would be recieve discounts on your purchases of motoring (and possibly other) items. | |
| One slight snag with this is that some retailers restrict their discounts to clubs that charge for membership. It may be necessary to introduce a nominal fee for a premium membership. I anticipate that the cost of this would be just a few pounds, and in return for that fee, you would receive a membership card and possibly some other club 'goodies' - perhaps a decal with the club URL on it? | | | Feel free to comment on this suggestion in the Car Club Forums. | | | Also, if you're negotiating with a supplier for anything car related, then lets see if we can get that supplier to join our discount scheme; you'll get your discount, other members will get the possibility of discounts in the future, and the supplier will get free advertising through the Car Club.
