Proposed Rules

| As with everything else, our rules aren't fully formulated at the present time. We expect we'll need a charter that defines what we expect from members and what they expect from us. We don't expect that will be too tricky as no money should be changing hands, though there are a few ground rules that need to be covered. | |
| The rules and conditions that need to be fleshed out will set out the facilities that the club will provide, and the conduct we expect from our members whilst using our site. | | | Of course we'll be expectin no Abuse or Victimisation of individuals on the site, and will need to make it clear that opinions expressed by our users / content editors are their own. | | | We're aware that the majority of prospective members of a car club are adult, but note that such clubs can attract interest from minors. We would hope to keep the main site completely free of profanities and material unsuitable for those under the age of 18, and any NWS (Not Work Safe) content. However, we may provide a seperate area where the NWS rule need not apply; we're not prudes, and anyway, we figure that's probably the best way of keeping the main site clean. Should we go this route, we'll have a password access to the NWS content. | |

| Welcome to The Car Club - a new club for car owners. | | | Currently, the club is in the process of being formed, and we're looking for people to help us get it off the ground. Sorry, we're not offering any financial rewards for this, you'll simply get the satisfaction of being involved in something new from the very start. | |

| At present, the car club website is created using a Content Manager produced by T600 Ltd and at present, we expect to continue to use this syste to maintain the site, though we are open to alternatives if we should find any problems with this option. | |
