Please consider helping us to promote better road safety.
Our members give up their time to help others pass the Advanced Driving Test and contribute towards the cost of running our Guidances, and our Free Public Assessment Sessions.
Please will you consider whether you or your business can help us to carry out this work. We'll gladly help you in return.
Some of the ways in which you might help us are:-
- Promote our group by displaying one of our publicity posters
- Tell your customers about us and the work that we do
- Invite us to talk to your employees about the benefits of Advanced Motoring
- Invite us to talk to a group, club, society or a sports team that you're a member of
- Come along to one of our meetings or guidances
- Provide a link to our website on your own - we will of course provide a link back to your site
- Tell your friends and family about our website and encourage them to pay us a visit
Each of the free Assessment Sessions that we hold costs our group £24 to run. Please consider whether your business might be able to sponsor either one, or a series of guidance sessions so that we can continue to offer these to the public for free. In return we'd be pleased to host a link to your business on our popular website, and would make sure that everyone attending the assessment drive knew that you were our sponsor for that event.
Another great opportunity for local businesses to promote Advanced Driving is the opportunity to offer your valued customers an incentive to join the 'Skill for Life' programme. For example, a business might offer a contribution towards the cost of a number of their customers joining the Skill for Life programme. Providing an incentive for customers to pass their advanced driving test need not cost very much at all, and yet could lead to a great deal of good publicity for the right company.
We're particularly keen to connect with local groups who have an interest in cars, driving and / or road safety. And with businesses who are involved in the motor trade. But of course almost all groups will have members who have are drivers, and almost all businesses have customers who are drivers. And it's in everyone's interest to help to reduce the number of deaths and injuries that take place on our roads.
We're also very keen to hear from local publications who might consider offering us any free advertising, or who might like us to provide some free content in the form of articles about advanced driving.

If you can help us then perhaps you may never know how valuable your help has been, but as drivers who have passed their Advanced Driving test are considerably less likely to be involved in a serious accident, there's a good chance that you'll be saving the life of someone that you know.
